Our focus areas in immediate restoration

Modern implantology now allows for comprehensive treatment of the loss of multiple or all teeth in just a single treatment day. A fixed bridge is securely anchored on a medically optimized number of implants – often without any prior, lengthy bone augmentation.

Safety through seamless digital navigation

Complex full-arch restorations require absolute precision. That's why we also perform the 'Fixed Teeth in One Day' concept entirely template-guided and digitally navigated. This eliminates the risk of deviations. Using DVT, we virtually plan the procedure on the computer beforehand, before your surgical guide is created through 3D printing.

Immediate protection for your gums and full function

During the procedure, an optical system (intraoral photogrammetry) measures the positions of the implants in a fraction of a second. Using a special Multi-Unit System, a complete full-arch restoration is screwed in as a highly aesthetic, fixed provisional restoration on the same day.

This immediate provisional restoration not only serves to quickly restore chewing function and aesthetics – it also fulfills a crucial medical protective function: It stabilizes the tissue, protects sensitive areas during the healing phase, and ensures that the gums can heal without irritation and in an aesthetically optimal shape. You leave our practice on the same day with fixed, functional teeth.
