Telescopic Restorations (tooth-supported & removable combination)
Definition: A two-part system where fixed "inner crowns" remain on the natural teeth and the "outer crowns" are invisibly integrated into the removable denture.
Benefits: Maximum retention without visible clasps. Offers excellent aesthetics, easy cleaning, and can usually be easily extended or modified if further tooth loss occurs later.
